New deal worth $7.6million for Liverpool forward

Liverpool has offered a fresh deal for England international Adam Lallana worth $7.6million.

Tottenham Hotspur boss Mauricio Pochettino knows a lot about the qualities of the player and is interested in Lallana.

Both Lallana and Pochettino were together  at Southampton and now the Spurs manager is looking to bring Lallana to the White Hart Lane this January.

Tottenham Hotspur plan to make a shock transfer bid move for the English forward before the close of the January transfer window and even other European sides are interested. PSG is not left out as they have made consistent requests for Lallana.

While many requests keeps coming in for him, it has attracted the attention of Liverpool to increase his earnings in a bid to keep him with the team.

Although, many interests are pouring in for Lallana, Liverpool is ready to increase the earnings of the player so he may remain with the club.

He joined Liverpool under Brendan Rogers and has maintained very good quality for Liverpool since he joined. He has been exceptional under current coach, Jurgen Klopp

The 28-year-old forward has been in fantastic form for Liverpool this season.

The former Southampton star has contributed in no fewer than fourteen goals so far, scoring seven goals and making seven assists in just 18 league appearances for Liverpool this season.

The England international currently earns about £60,000 a week and the five time Champions of European is set to offer him a mouth-watering new deal that will see him earn £120,000 a week, which translates to £6.24 million a year ($7.6million-a-year).

Adam Lallana surely deserves a new contract after his brilliant display for the club and the Reds will have a strong chance of leapfrogging league leaders Chelsea to win the English Premier League title if he continues to perform so well in the rest of the season’s league fixtures.

Lallana joined the Reds in July 2014 for £25 million from Southampton.
